Jayme Sampler, LCMHC-A

Jayme obtained my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from Appalachian State University and is a proud Mountaineer. She loves working with teens and young adults, and she specializes in expressive arts therapy and eating disorders. As an Adlerian, person-focused therapist, her focus is on each person and their individual concerns, strengths, and attainable goals. Jayme is also a dog and cat mom, the coolest aunt, a big Swiftie, a bookworm, an Enneagram 8, and so much more.
